Mr. (Coach) Kilzer has worked as a math teacher, football coach, and administrator at Chester County High School for twenty years, the last eleven years at the principal of Chester County High School. He graduated from Chester County High School in 1985 and received an associate degree from Jackson State Community College, an undergraduate degree from Lambuth College and master's degree from Freed-Hardeman University.
Coach Kilzer was named in 2008 as Tennessee Principal of the Year for the National Association of Secondary School Principals. Currently, Coach Kilzer serves as a director for the National Association of Secondary School Principals and is active in the Tennessee Department of Education Principals' Study Councils.
Mr. Kilzer resides in the Magic Valley community with his wife, Amanda (CCHS Class of 1990) and their three children, Kate, Jordan and Zoe. Kate and Jordan are currently attending Chester County Middle School and East Chester Elementary.
Mr. Murley graduated from Chester County High School in 1993. He then went on to Freed-Hardeman University where he graduated in 1998 with a B.S. in Physical Education. He is receiving his license in Administration/Supervision from Freed-Hardeman University in 2011.
Mr. Murley has nine years teaching experience as well as four years of administration experience as Assistant Principal at CCHS. He served as Head Boy's Basketball coach from 2005-2011. He is married to Shondra and have two kids, Corey and Ella.
Mr. Cupples received his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in History from Union University. He later earned a Masters of Education with a license in Administration and Supervision from Freed-Hardeman University. He is a graduate of Chester County High School and returned to his alma-mater to run the football program from 2002-2010. He is married to Jennifer and has one son, Jaxon.
